Orders are fulfilled in the order received and are not guaranteed to ship the next day. If you need your gift to arrive quickly, please choose an expedited shipping option at checkout. If an item is unavailable, we may substitute a similar product of equal or greater value.

During warmer months, we do our best to include ice packs with chocolate shipments, but chocolate can still melt in transit. To give it the best chance of arriving in perfect condition, we highly recommend choosing expedited shipping.

Larger items, such as towels, may not fit inside the gift box. If that happens, we’ll package everything together in a way that still looks beautiful and gift-ready.
