At Tahoe Gifting Co, we create custom gift boxes, Lake Tahoe corporate gifts, conference gifts, wedding welcome gifts, retreat gifts, branded merchandise, and client appreciation gifts for businesses and events across the United States.

We specialize in Lake Tahoe corporate gifting for conferences, corporate retreats, destination weddings, and special events. Many of the products we source come from Tahoe, Northern Nevada, and Northern California makers, creating gifts that feel local, elevated, and memorable rather than off-the-shelf.

Through our long-standing relationships with regional artisans, along with our in-house graphic design and custom engraving, we can create fully customized gifts and branded merchandise tailored to your event, company, or clients. Our team manages the entire process, including gift design, product sourcing, customization, engraving, assembly, shipping, local delivery, and on-site gifting experiences.

In addition to our Incline Village retail shop, we also host private workshops and events at The Cut, our Lake Tahoe event space and private workshop venue next door. The Cut is ideal for corporate retreats, team-building workshops, client events, meetings, and private parties, with audio/visual equipment, a projector, and flexible space for presentations and hands-on experiences.

Our process is designed to make custom corporate gifting and event gifting collaborative, thoughtful, and easy to navigate.

Step 1: Explore Our Work

Start by browsing the small selection of curated gift boxes and gifts featured on our website. These represent just a snapshot of what we offer.

Our shop and sourcing network include many more corporate gifting products, branded merchandise options, and custom gift ideas than what is shown online.

Step 2: Discovery Call

Once you’ve reviewed our work and have a general idea of your project, we’ll schedule a 20-30 minute discovery call to learn about your corporate gifting needs, event timeline, guest count, budget, and branding goals.

Step 3: Design Deposit

Following the call, a $200+ non-refundable design deposit is required before we begin building concepts.

This allows our team to begin sourcing products, developing creative directions, and preparing a curated concept presentation tailored specifically to your corporate gift program, event gifts, or branded merchandise project.

The design deposit is applied toward your final project total if you move forward.

Step 4: Concept Presentation

You’ll receive a concept deck outlining potential gift box designs, curated gift selections, branded merchandise options, and customization opportunities.

Step 5: Production

Once a direction is selected and quantities are confirmed, we will issue the final invoice.

Final payment is required before production begins, as many items are sourced or produced specifically for each corporate gifting or event gifting project.

Yes. Tahoe Gifting Co offers three delivery options for custom gift boxes and corporate gifts:

• Nationwide shipping with standard and expedited options
• Local delivery in the Lake Tahoe region for select projects

We don't have any order minimums. You can order as few or as many gifts as you want in our online store, in-person at our shop, or via email/phone.

In general, fully custom orders for weddings, corporate gifting and other events are 20+ gifts, though we can customize smaller orders, too.

Tahoe Gifting Co ships custom gift boxes and corporate gifts throughout the United States. We can ship to a single location or coordinate bulk shipping to multiple recipients, and we also offer local delivery in the Lake Tahoe area for events and retreats.

We recommend reaching out to Tahoe Gifting Co 4 to 8 weeks before your event, retreat, conference, wedding, or gifting date whenever possible.

Custom gift boxes, corporate gifts, wedding welcome gifts, branded merchandise, custom products, and projects that involve engraving or sourcing from Tahoe and regional makers often require additional time. The more custom the project, the more runway we need to source products, create designs, coordinate with makers, and assemble everything without turning the timeline into a runaway snowball rolling downhill.

For larger corporate gifting programs, conference gifts, holiday gifting, and interactive gifting activations, we recommend reaching out even earlier to allow time for design, customization, and production. If your timeline is shorter, please contact us anyway. We can often suggest creative options that work within a tighter timeframe.

Each custom gifting project begins with research, planning, and creative development. Whether we are designing branded merchandise, conference gifts, wedding welcome gifts, or a custom gift box program, we spend time sourcing products, coordinating with makers, and building a concept tailored to your brand or event.

Our design deposit covers the early stages of the custom gifting process, including product sourcing, gift box design, vendor coordination, and proposal development. Because this work begins immediately, the deposit is non-refundable. If you move forward, it is applied toward your final project total.

At Tahoe Gifting Co, we typically accept returns within 15 days of purchase for retail items, gifts, and products purchased from our Incline Village gift shop or website. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Because many of our products are handmade and sourced from Lake Tahoe and Northern Nevada makers, returns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Custom gift boxes, personalized gifts, engraved products, branded merchandise, wedding welcome gifts, corporate gifts, and other made-to-order items are not eligible for return or exchange.

There are two ways to place an order of multiple custom gifts. You can either Create Your Own gift set and order multiple for delivery/pickup, or fill out an order intake form on the relevant Custom Gifting page. We respond to all order requests within 24 hours, Monday-Friday.
