Do you have an order minimum?

We don't have any order minimums. You can order as few or as many gifts as you want in our online store, in-person at our shop, or via email/phone.

In general, fully custom orders for weddings, corporate gifting and other events are 20+ gifts, though we can customize smaller orders, too.

What is your lead time?

For custom orders, our lead time depends on the size of your project, product availability, and degree of customization. We have completed expedited orders of 100+ gifts in a week, but we work on a first-come, first-serve basis, so contact us for a direct quote. 

We strive to get all orders placed via our online store shipped within 48 hours. Of course, if you order a large number of gifts (20+) there may be a slight delay. Please note that our alpine weather can be unpredictable, and may affect shipping.

What are your delivery options?

We have 3 delivery options:

  • Nationwide shipping: Standard and expedited options available
  • Free local delivery in Incline Village-Crystal Bay
  • Pick up at our shop: 868 Tahoe Blvd #9, Incline Village, NV 89451
Am I eligible for local hand delivery?

We offer free delivery for gift(s) delivered in Incline Village-Crystal Bay.

Can I buy individual products from you?

We do not ship individual products. When purchasing through our Create Your Own feature, you do have the option to purchase just one item, but you will have to select a receptacle for this item prior to adding it to your cart.

We do have individual products available for purchase at our shop and showroom in Incline Village.

I like a gift in your Curated Collections but I want to change it a little. How can I do that?

Head over to our Create Your Own tool to select your favorite products and combine them into a custom gift set.

I want to order custom gifts, but I just want a few. How should I place my order?

There are two ways to place an order of multiple custom gifts. You can either Create Your Own gift set and order multiple for delivery/pickup, or fill out an order intake form on the relevant Custom Gifting page. We respond to all order requests within 24 hours, Monday-Friday. 

I want to order custom gifts for a wedding or event. How should I place my order?

What is your return policy?

Since each gift is custom-made to order, we do not offer returns.
