The Design Process

Step One: Explore Our Work

Start by reviewing our style, past projects, and activation offerings. We’ll share our brochure and curated examples so you can see how we approach local sourcing, customization, and event design. This is where you get a feel for what’s possible and begin imagining what we can create together.

Step Two: Discovery Call

A 20–30 minute conversation to align on your goals, guest count, setting, budget range, and timeline. We’ll answer your questions, walk through activation options, and explore what would feel most impactful for your event. This helps ensure we’re the right fit before moving into planning.

Step Three: Planning & Design Deposit

After our call, a planning and design deposit is required to officially secure your date and begin concept development. This deposit is applied toward your final project total and allows us to move into sourcing, creative direction, and artisan coordination.

Step Four: Curated Concepts & Direction

We develop a tailored activation plan based on your event goals and environment. This includes product selections, customization options, layout ideas, and initial mockups where applicable. Together, we refine the details and land on a clear creative direction before production begins.

Step Five: Design, Customization & Production

Once concepts are approved, we finalize artwork, confirm quantities, and place orders with our artisan partners. A production payment is required at this stage to begin sourcing and customization. Depending on the project timeline and proximity to your event date, this may be 50% or full payment. We then move into engraving layouts, labels, signage, packaging, and final activation prep for seamless execution.

Step Six: On-Site Execution, Pickup or Delivery

Our team manages setup, live customization, guest interaction, and breakdown with professionalism and care. Whether we’re engraving in real time, guiding a workshop, styling a chocolate cart, or hosting a gifting station, the experience is smooth from start to finish. If applicable, remaining items are packaged for pickup or delivery.
