Custom Fall Embroidery - Mickeygirl Design (Oct 2)

Join Bonnie of MickeyGirl for a playful, hands-on fall embroidery workshop where you’ll customize a favorite fall piece with beautiful, naturally dyed thread.
Bring a jacket, overshirt, denim piece, or another fall wardrobe favorite that could use a little personality. Bonnie will help you transform it into something completely your own.
Come with a pattern or design already in mind, choose from Bonnie’s collection of patterns when you arrive, or start completely from scratch and let Bonnie help you create something custom on the spot. Florals, mountain-inspired designs, little fall motifs, lettering, something weird and wonderful. It’s entirely up to you.
Using organic GOTS cotton thread that is naturally dyed, you’ll learn approachable embroidery techniques in a relaxed, creative setting. No embroidery experience is necessary, and there’s no need to have your design figured out ahead of time.
The workshop space is yours for two hours, with plenty of flexibility to work at your own pace. Bring something you’re excited to wear all fall and leave with a one-of-a-kind piece made by you.

Price: $45 per person
Ages: 14+
Bring: Your own fall item to embroider. Jackets, denim, overshirts, vests, jeans, and other embroidery-friendly pieces are all welcome.
Design Options: Bring your own pattern, choose a pattern when you arrive, or work with Bonnie to create something custom on the spot.
No experience necessary. Just bring something you want to make your own.
