Hand-Printed Holiday Cards - Ian Blackhall Scott (Nov 13)

Celebrate the season with a creative evening of block printing as local artist Ian Blackhall Scott guides you through the process of designing, carving, and printing your own winter-inspired holiday cards. Whether you're brand new to printmaking or simply looking to learn a new creative skill, this workshop is designed to be approachable, fun, and rewarding.
You'll learn the fundamentals of block printing, from transferring your design and safely carving your block to inking and creating beautiful hand-printed cards. During class, you'll print a few practice cards while learning the process, then head home with your custom carving block, ink, and supplies to create up to 10 additional holiday cards at your own pace.
Blank cards, envelopes, and all printing materials are included, and additional card sets will be available for purchase if you'd like to keep printing.
Sip wine, enjoy light snacks, and spend an evening creating thoughtful, handmade holiday cards that friends and family will love to receive.
