Join us Sunday morning at The Cut for a slow-paced, restorative yoga class focused on hips, mobility, and feeling good in your body.
This gentle class is led by Merissa, with an assist from Bob, our resident shop dog and morale booster. Merissa guides the movement. Bob keeps the vibes light. Together, they create the perfect balance of stretching, presence, and joy.
We couldn’t think of a better way to kick off Women’s History Month than moving together with a woman who inspires us daily.
Expect an accessible, feel-good class with plenty of time to settle in, stretch deeply, and give your hips some extra love. This is not a power flow. This is a slow down, breathe, and feel better kind of morning.
